Reigning Miss Black America is Ashley Myatt,

Ashley Marie Myatt is an accomplished Veterinarian Technician with over ten years of experience. She believes that every gift and talent is established within each and every person for serving and inspiring others. Ashley thrives on utilizing her skills to contribute to the well-being of all animals. Her love for animals was inspired by being raised on a small ranch with horses that she cared for, especially her favorite horse, “Michelle.”

 

Fashion and modeling have always been a part of her life. In 2019 she participated in the Model Experience in Los Angeles, California, where she walked the runway with class. Also, in 2019, collaborating with her partner, “Diamond Marie Clothing Store, LLC,” was formed.

 

Ashley served as a youth leader in the music department for over 10 years for the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International. This experience sharpened her music abilities and now she serves as head Worship Leader for Christ Temple Baptist Church.

 

While pursuing her degree in Veterinarian Medicine at Murdoch University in Perth Australia in 2020, where she spent two years, Ashley was a proud contestant in the Miss Multiverse in Sydney Australia, where she represented, Western Australia. This competition was multifaceted, engaging not only in the beauty aspect, but also fitness and business, where she scored in the top ten.

 

She endeavors to complete her studies in Veterinary Medicine and one day own a Veterinary Hospital.

Ashley is committed to using her God-given talent to help, encourage and inspire those who are pursuing their dreams! In her spare time, she loves reading, singing, and hanging out with her family and friends.
