*If you are contacting the Miss Black America Pageant with intentions of becoming a Delegate, you must be between the ages of 17-29 by the date of the Final National Pageant. 

As a result of MBAP Schedule delays caused by COVID-19, some 2021 Delegates will be over 29.

You must also be a High Graduate or its Equivalency
